This gorgeous and spacious nine-bedroom/five-bathroom home is sure to impress you from the moment you arrive. The ample living space is perfect for large groups or families. The open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Downstairs you have a bedroom featuring a queen bed. Upstairs you have five bedrooms featuring a queen bed, a bedroom with two twins and a full bed, another bedroom featuring two twin beds, and the master bedroom featuring a king bed and attached bath. A full-size washer and dryer are at the home for your use, however we do not provide laundry detergent, so keep that in mind when preparing for your trip. Enjoy the loft of upstairs for a movie with your family and friends or check out the private swimming pool with spa out on the patio. Optional add-ons for your stay: you can request to have the pool heated for an additional cost of $60 per week. Each additional week stayed would be an additional $60 for pool heat if additional time does not complete a full 7 days it would be prorated. Based on availability you can rent a grill, if available the grill fee would be $50. Most of our homes are pet friendly, unless otherwise stated before renting. We do not charge a pet fee. However, pets are prohibited from being on furniture or beds. A pet cleaning fee of $250 dollars will be charged to the card on file for any violations to this rule. Please note that check in information should begin to arrive the day before scheduled check in with the final details such as door code to access property arriving the morning of scheduled check in.
