It's essential to note that although we strive to provide our guests with a comfortable and enjoyable stay, we do not supply items such as toilet paper, detergent, liquid soap, and garbage bags, except for a few initial

-Toilet paper (1 roll per bathroom)
-Paper towels
-Dish soap
-Hotel shampoo/conditioner and soap

We believe that our guests may have their specific preferences and requirements, and it's best for them to bring their supplies.

EXTRA SERVICES
The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $70 (for up to five nights). Please note that the heater warms both the pool and the jacuzzi simultaneously. The water may take up to 24 hours to heat completely, so we recommend arranging and paying for this service in advance.

Want to check in early or have a late checkout? Let us know one days in advance, and for an additional fee, we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

PET FRIENDLY
Most of our homes, including this one, are pet-friendly, and we do not charge any fees for bringing your pets along. However, we kindly request that pets not climb on furniture or beds. A pet cleaning fee of $250.00 will be applied to your card on file for any violations of this rule.

PARKINKG
Each property is allowed 3 cars per house; this is required by the HOA.

Guests staying at Windsor have access to: Clubhouse Windsor Island Resort, 1115 Aloha Blvd, Davenport, FL 33897, United States. Contact number to the club's front desk is 863-438-5950. Windsor's only fees would be cabana rentals.

Additionally, this rental property has a doorbell camera located on the exterior of the home, pointed toward the street and front door. Please note that the camera does not record or store video footage
