CLUBHOUSES
We offer our guests access to a variety of amenities at The Oasis and the Retreat clubhouse. Take a dip in the lazy river, work out at the gym, or challenge your family and friends to a game in the arcade. You can also lounge by the pool and enjoy the Florida sunshine.

GUEST ACCESS
To access the community, all guests are required to be registered in the resort system. We kindly ask that you provide us with the first and last names of all adult guests at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. This will help expedite your check-in with security, failure to do so may result in delays to your check-in. At the security gate all registered drivers will be required to provide a valid photo ID.

ESSENTIALS
It's essential to note that although we strive to provide our guests with a comfortable and enjoyable stay, we do not supply items such as toilet paper, detergent, liquid soap, and garbage bags, except for a few initial

We believe that our guests may have their specific preferences and requirements, and it's best for them to bring their supplies.

The quantity above is intended to make sure you are comfortable upon your arrival and through the first night of your stay. Please keep in mind that you may need to purchase additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.

TRASH
• Trash pickup is daily
• Have trash out in trash bench by 7am
• Keep trash bench lid closed especially overnight
• All trash must be bagged and tied in 13-gallon kitchen bags and cannot weigh more than 30 lbs.
• Grocery bags are not allowed
• Loose trash will not be picked up.
• No liquids are allowed.
• Boxes need to be folded flat

DELIVERIES
We don't have a reception or mailbox service at the moment. That being said, you can still have items delivered to your home. However, please ensure that someone is present at the house to receive them. Please note that the community cannot assume responsibility for any items left unattended outside the property. Also, we'd like to inform you that USPS doesn't deliver to our location. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

PARKING
Parking is available at the home in the parking spaces at the front of the property, as well as street parking (this is first come first served). No commercial vehicles, limousines, recreational vehicles, all-terrain, boats, or trailers may be kept on property.

If you would like to check-in early or have a late checkout, please let us know two days in advance, and will do our best to accommodate your request (subject to availability).

PET-FRIENDLY
Most of our homes, including this one, are pet-friendly, and we do not charge any fees for bringing your pets along. However, we kindly request that pets not climb on furniture or beds. A pet cleaning fee of $250.00 will be applied to your card on file for any violations of this rule.

Additionally, this rental property has a doorbell camera located on the exterior of the home, pointed toward the street and front door. Please note that the camera does not record or store video footage

Please note that check-in information will be sent to you the day before your scheduled check-in date. You will receive the final details, including the door code to access the property. We encourage you to ask any questions or express any concerns that you have regarding your arrival.
