this 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms, has the following distribution: on the ground floor you will find, an open space to watch movies in the living room in a comfortable armchair, the kitchen and the dining room, also the first room has a private bathroom and has a queen size bed. On the second floor, the master has a king-size bed and two bedrooms with two twin beds each.

Not only the atmosphere of the house will make you feel at home too, but you can also enjoy the pool with open space toward a small lake on the patio , giving this house a little more privacy since it does not have neighbors in the back. Pool/ hot tub heating is available for $70 every five days.

Bella Vida resort amenities are also included with the cost of the reservation. You will find a variety of amenities, such as a gym, basketball courts, a large social area, and, in the heart of the Resort, a swimming pool with a spa. Adults and children are welcome at this home and, of course, at the clubhouse facilities.

BellaVida Resort is located at 1172 Marcello Blvd, Kissimmee, FL 34746, and is open from 9 am to 5 pm. Not open on holidays.

Please be aware that all reservations must be made by someone over 21.

EXTRA SERVICES
The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $70 (for up to five nights). Please note that the heater warms both the pool and the jacuzzi simultaneously. The water may take up to 24 hours to heat completely, so we recommend arranging and paying for this service in advance. And if your property has a grill, please note that it has a $29.95 fee.

PET-FRIENDLY
