The first floor houses two charming bedrooms: one with a cozy full bed, and the other a king master with an ensuite bathroom featuring a large tub and walk-in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and a large island, spacious dining area. As you ascend the staircase, you'll discover more beautifully designed bedrooms, each equipped for ultimate comfort. Among them, two bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom, each with a queen bed. Another features a serene queen bed, while two more share a Jack and Jill bathroom - one with a queen bed, the other with two twins. Perfect for families with children, the sixth bedroom features a Full/twin bunk bed, and the seventh has three full beds, ideal for larger groups.

Take a dip in the large screened pool and spa or lounge on one of many chairs soaking up the Florida sun. Socialize or read in the lanai area, complete with a seating area and large dining table.

It's essential to note that although we strive to provide our guests with a comfortable and enjoyable stay, we do not supply items such as toilet paper, detergent, liquid soap, and garbage bags, except for a few initial

EXTRA SERVICES
The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $70 (for up to five nights). Please note that the heater warms both the pool and the jacuzzi simultaneously. The water may take up to 24 hours to heat completely, so we recommend arranging and paying for this service in advance. And if your property has a grill, please note that it has a $29.95 fee.

Want to check in early or have a late checkout? Let us know one days in advance, and for an additional fee, we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

PET FRIENDLY
Most of our homes, including this one, are pet-friendly, and we do not charge any fees for bringing your pets along. However, we kindly request that pets not climb on furniture or beds. A pet cleaning fee of $250.00 will be applied to your card on file for any violations of this rule.

CLUBHOUSE AT CHAMPIONS GATE
We offer our guests access to a variety of amenities at The Oasis and the Retreat clubhouse. Take a dip in the lazy river, work out at the gym, or challenge your family and friends to a game in the arcade. You can also lounge by the pool and enjoy the Florida sunshine.

Additionally, this rental property has a doorbell camera located on the exterior of the home, pointed toward the street and front door. Please note that the camera does not record or store video footage

Have full access to the Hideaway Clubhouse at Storey Lake amenities, just sign in at the entrance of the clubhouse.
